Quick Summary

We respect your privacy. UptimeGuard collects only basic data (your Telegram ID and the website addresses you monitor) necessary for the service to function. We do not have access to your personal messages, do not send spam, and never sell your data to third parties.

1. What Data We Collect

To provide monitoring services, we collect the minimum necessary amount of information:

  • Authorization Data: When you log in via Telegram, we receive your public Telegram ID, first/last name, and username. We do not have access to your phone number or personal messages.
  • Infrastructure Data: URLs, IP addresses, ports, and HTTP headers that you explicitly add to the control panel for monitoring.
  • Check Logs: The history of your servers' responses (status codes, response times) to generate statistics and uptime graphs.

2. How We Use Your Data

The collected information is used exclusively to ensure the functionality of the UptimeGuard service, specifically:

  • Regularly checking the availability of your endpoints according to your specified settings.
  • Sending instant notifications about incidents (downtimes and recoveries) to your Telegram.
  • Displaying statistics and check history in your personal dashboard.
  • Ensuring the security of the service and preventing abuse.

3. Data Sharing with Third Parties

We adhere to a strict non-disclosure policy. We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third-party companies for marketing or other purposes.

Your data may only be processed by trusted infrastructure partners (cloud server providers) where our service is physically hosted, in strict compliance with confidentiality agreements.

4. Information Security

We implement modern technical measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction. Data transmission between your browser and our servers, as well as between our workers and your endpoints (when using HTTPS), occurs over encrypted channels.

5. Use of Cookies

UptimeGuard uses only strictly necessary (functional) cookies. They are required solely to maintain your authentication session. We do not use third-party trackers to monitor your internet activity.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

You have full control over your data. You can delete individual monitors or permanently delete your account at any time through the dashboard settings. When an account is deleted, all your settings, endpoints, and check logs are permanently erased from our databases with no possibility of recovery.
